Yoga studio Amsterdam
Go with the flow
since 2014
A small studio with warm floors and big windows, six styles of yoga and teachers who remember your name.

6
styles of yoga, from Ashtanga to restorative
28
classes every week, morning to evening
12
mats per class, so nobody gets lost in the back
4.9
average rating from 240 students
One hour a week that belongs to
nobody else.
That has been the whole idea since 2014.
Studio Yogini is deliberately small. Two rooms, four teachers and twelve mats, so the practice stays personal and the room stays quiet.
Come once and see. The first class is free, the tea afterwards always is.

Reviews
What our students say
I'd never done yoga before and was nervous to start. The teachers made me feel completely at ease from day one. I'm three months in and can't imagine my week without it.
Sanne de Groot
The Yin classes changed how I recover after long runs. I sleep better, my hips feel open for the first time in years, and I leave every session restored.
Marc Jansen
Studio Yogini has the most welcoming atmosphere of any studio I've been to. The teachers are knowledgeable and the community keeps me coming back.
Priya Nair
I've practised Ashtanga here for two years and the progression is remarkable. Nobody rushes you and nobody watches the clock, and somehow that is exactly why you get better.

FAQ
Questions before you start
Everything you need to know before stepping on the mat.
01
Do I need experience to join a class?
Not at all. Our classes welcome students of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Teachers offer modifications for every pose so you can practise safely at your own pace.
02
What should I bring to class?
We provide mats, blocks, straps and bolsters. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and bring a water bottle. If you prefer your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.
03
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the class starts at no charge, from your account or by contacting the studio.
04
How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes before class gives you time to check in, roll out a mat and settle. The door closes as class begins so the room stays quiet.
05
Do you offer private sessions?
We do. One-to-one sessions are 75 minutes and can be booked with any of our teachers through the contact page.
06
Is there parking or bicycle storage?
There is a courtyard for bicycles behind the studio and paid street parking along the canal. Amstel station is a five minute walk.
